In 2002 we launched Black Gospel Radio for the first time on Live365.
Music played here includes Traditional, Contemporary, & Quartet gospel from gospel artists. Please note that the term “Black Gospel” refers not to the ethnicity of the artists but rather the style of music rendered. What’s played here is ministered by artists of various races and backgrounds. Though not restricted by race, the music does cater to and is in some cases restricted to a particular sound and style of gospel music and ministry message content regardless of the race, color or gender of the artist.

OUR PURPOSE
To increase the penetration of gospel music in cities and towns in the United States Of America through a greater awareness and acceptance of this original contributing art form of Black America to American Music and the world.
To provide a vehicle that preserves and presents Gospel Music in many of it’s forms – traditional and contemporary, quartet, choir, hymn and rap and Christian
To provide compelling gospel music and media that inspires and encourages you to have a meaningful relationship with God.
To share current information and news on the artists, events, music releases in gospel music.
To promote the preservation of the rich and contributing heritage of gospel music in many of its forms.
To increase the expansion and exposure of gospel music across the globe especially in areas where terrestrial gospel stations don’t exist.
To promote and expose new, popular genre artists (major label and independent) to listeners around the world.
To share the gospel message through music to those whom it may be new or unfamiliar.
To encourage the further consumption of gospel music via performance, streaming and purchase.
To promote righteousness, peace and joy to those who listen.
To promote the living and walking in the Spirit.
To promote the praise, worship and glorification of God.
To bless, inspire and encourage those that listen.
To share music that helps people find God and stay connected to Him every day, all day. God calls us to enjoy continual consciousness of his supreme greatness and beauty and worth.
To share music that encourages listeners to seek to do God’s will in every situation and never stray from the reality of His presence.
Sharing music and more to allow others to be consciously aware of God’s presence at all times.
